On this page, you will find information concerning calls for tenders at the European Court of Auditors (ECA), the planning of low and middle value contracts, the annual lists of contracts and the general conditions applicable to all low and middle value contracts.

In the cases mentioned in the Financial Regulation (FR), the ECA is required to use public procurement procedures when acquiring goods, services or works.

Please note that all information published on ECA calls for tenders (prior-information notices, contract notices, award notices and annual lists of contractors) can be found in the TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) database.

This site will be regularly updated with the latest information on public procurement and calls for tenders.

Introduction

The appropriate tender procedure and advertising methods are selected on the basis of the amounts envisaged for the contracts; they are currently as follows:

All negotiated procedures envisaged by the European Court of Auditors in the > 15 000 to < Directive threshold (< €143 000 supplies/services and < €5 538 000 works) range are published below. See: Ex-ante publicity for low and middle value contracts.

This forecast is in no way binding on the Court. Moreover, other procurement procedures may be carried out ad hoc depending on the Court´s needs.

Tender procedures with an estimated value above Directive threshold

All tender procedures with an estimated value above Directive threshold (≥ €143 000 supplies/services and ≥ €5 538 000 works) are advertised in the Official Journal (TED), which is the primary source of information about large public procurement procedures.

Please note that the European Court of Auditors does not send out hard copies of the tender documentation. All necessary documentation is available electronically on this website and on eTendering through the link provided in the contract notice (point I.3).

If you experience a downloading problem, please contact us via our contact form, indicating “Procurement” in the subject line, and include the reference number and title of the tender procedure you are interested in.

In addition, please note that explanations concerning the documentation and/or any amendments may be published during the period of time allowed for the submission of bids. Any additional information will be available only on eTendering accessible through the link provided in the contract notice (point I.3) so the tenderers are strongly advised to consult it at regular intervals as additional information may be added at any time up to the closing date for submission of tenders.

Introduction

The European Court of Auditors intends to carry out the following low- and middle-value procurement procedures. This schedule is not binding for the Court. Exceptionally, other procurement procedures may be carried out depending on the Court´s needs.
