Registration
If you would like to attend the conference, we kindly ask you to fill in the
pre-registration form. Within the limits of the places available, you will then receive a confirmation. Participation is free of charge.
Venue
The K2.001 conference room is located on the ground floor of the Court’s K2 building. You will only be able to enter the Court through the entrance of the K2 building, rue Erasme, L-1468 Luxembourg.

By plane: Luxembourg-Findel International Airport is located 6km outside Luxembourg City. For flight information, please visit
www.luxairport.lu.
- Transfer from the airport to the Court by taxi +/-20 minutes,
- Transfer from the airport by bus number 16 +/- 30 minutes (bus stop “Erasme/d'Coque”) on Avenue John F.Kennedy.
- Transfer from the railway station the Court by taxi +/- 15 minutes,
- Transfer from the railway station to the Court by bus Lines 1 and 16 and EUROBUS 120 / 125 / 165 / 192 / 194 stop at Erasme/d'Coque.
By car: As you can see on the map above, parking spaces are available around the Court, and in the surrounding streets.
Entrance and registration
Registration will take place at the entrance. If you work for one of the EU institutions, please bring your staff badge to allow you to pass through security smoothly.
The conference will start at 9.00 a.m. To ensure that you can pass through security and receive your conference badge on time, we would recommend arriving at the entrance around 8.30am.
Conference staff will be on hand to guide you.
For security and identification purposes, please wear your conference badge at all times.
Accessibility
If you require any assistance in accessing the venue, we would kindly ask you to email us in advance so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.
Cloakroom
Coats may be left in a cloakroom just outside the conference room. The European Court of Audiors accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of items.
Internet access
A free wifi internet connection will be provided in the K2 building. You will receive a wifi access guide upon arrival.
Interpretation
Interpretation will be provided in English, French and German.
Lunch and coffee
The European Court of Auditors will host the lunch on 20 and 21 October. This lunch will take place in the K3 building on the sixth floor. Please follow the signposts when leaving the conference room. Lunch will start at 12.15 on both dates.
Coffee will be available at the front of the conference room, on the left-hand side.
Conference staff will be on hand to guide you.
Hotels
As a matter of courtesy, the European Court of Auditors provides conference participants with information on accommodation. Participants are free to stay where they wish, but must cover their own expenses.
