The Court's audit reports and opinions are published both on the Court's website and in the Official Journal of the European Union in all the official EU languages.
The Annual Report is published before the end of the year following the financial year in question. Special Reports and Opinions can be published at any time during the year.
The Court's audit reports and opinions are formally communicated to the Presidents of the EU institutions and to the Chairman of the European Parliament's Committee on Budgetary Control. In addition the Annual Report is sent to the Budget Committee of the Council, as well as to the national Parliaments and the Heads of the supreme audit institutions of the Member States.
The audit reports and accompanying press releases are also communicated to the international press and other interested parties upon publication.
In addition, the Court regularly publishes information documents as well as the monthly journal.
