Item 1 of 1 Special report: EU Assistance to the Turkish Cypriot Community   Luxembourg     23/05/2012 The Court concludes that the European Commission established a programme that duly reflected the objectives of the instrument for financial support to the Turkish Cypriot community and that, despite facing significant constraints, the implementing arrangements it put in place were generally appropriate. It also concludes that some results have already been achieved, but their sustainability is often in doubt and the programme’s largest project could not be implemented.
