Item 1 of 1 Death of former ECA President Fabra Vallés It is with great regret that the ECA has learned of the death of its former President Juan Manuel Fabra Vallés on 14 April 2012. Mr Fabra Vallés, a Member from Spain, served as ECA President from January 2002 to January 2005. Mr Fabra Vallés was a Member of the Court from March 2000 until the end of February 2006. On behalf of the Members and staff of the European Court of Auditors, ECA President Vitor Caldeira extends heartfelt condolences to Mr Fabra Vallés' family.
